CoolPeel is a fractional CO2 laser treatment that resurfaces the skin with far less downtime than traditional CO2 resurfacing. It delivers ultra-short pulses of high-energy laser light, removing the top layer of damaged skin before heat has a chance to build up in the surrounding tissue — which is what makes the treatment comfortable and the recovery quick.
A full-face treatment takes about 15 minutes. Most clients describe the sensation as a series of quick, warm snaps, and no numbing is needed. Afterwards the skin looks pink, like mild sunburn, for one to three days. Most people are back to normal activity the next day.
