Important Herbal Effects:

- Meadow sweet (Spiraea ulmaria) – It has the reputation of being a natural painkiller in the treatment of arthritis and has anti-inflammatory properties.
- Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) – It is useful as a warming oil when used for muscular aches and pains, rheumatoid arthritis, sprains, and poor circulation.
